Terms and Conditions

 

1.) Leasing rights allow you to use the beat(s) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. 

 

2.) This recording can then be distributed at your price for unlimited copies. 

 

3.) Streaming more than 50,000 times means you must acquire exclusive rights. 

 

4.) You may also use the beat(s) for non-profit promotional use or demos. 

 

5.) You have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat(s)/song(s) in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat(s)).

 

6.) In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat(s) you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat(s) is still yours to use. 

 

7.) You may also acquire exclusive rights if you stream more than 50,000 times since your contract predates exclusive sale.

8.) You must however give full credit to 6 Points. Verbally and in writing (Prod. By 6 Points) on the title of all commercial recordings. If you have ASCAP or BMI then register 6 Points as Producer with IPI #805156849. If you have Distrokid register 6 Points as producer with this email 6pointsmusic@gmail.com.

 

9.) Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

 

10.) You are the only person that can use the beat(s). You may not give the beat(s) to another other 3rd party that does not include yourself on the track.

 

This agreement is effective by the purchase of any Beat(s) from Artist to the Producer.
